Terms of use
What BuySiDomain.com is
BuySiDomain.com is a listing and discovery platform for .si domains. We show .si domains that are for sale, let you check whether a .si name is available, and publish articles about .si domains. We don't sell domains ourselves, and we aren't a domain registrar. We're independent and not affiliated with Register.si, the .si registry.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Partner listings (PremiumDoms.io)
- Domains marked "Listed by PremiumDoms.io" are sold by PremiumDoms.io, a separate company.
- The "Buy on PremiumDoms.io" button takes you to their website. Purchases, payments, and transfers are handled entirely there, under their terms.
- BuySiDomain.com only displays these listings and is not a party to the sale. Questions about a price, a payment, a transfer, or a refund go to PremiumDoms.io.
User listings (coming soon)
Domain owners can't list their own .si domains here yet. We plan to add this later. When it launches, these rules will apply, together with separate listing terms that we'll publish then:
- Each sale will be between the buyer and the seller, and will be processed through a third-party escrow or marketplace service (such as Escrow.com, Dan.com, or Spaceship).
- BuySiDomain.com won't hold any money and won't guarantee any transaction.
- Sellers will have to own the domains they list.
- We'll be able to remove any listing at any time.
Today, every domain listed on BuySiDomain.com is a partner listing, sold by PremiumDoms.io.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site may be affiliate links, for example registration links to Dynadot in our .si checker. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra.
No warranty
We try to keep listings accurate, but we can't promise that any listing, price, or availability is correct or up to date. Sellers set and change their own prices, and a domain may already be sold. Always check the details on the seller's website before you pay. Our .si checker uses the registry's public data and doesn't guarantee that a name can be registered. Our articles are general information, not legal or financial advice.
The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, BuySiDomain and its owner aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from relying on a listing, or from any purchase, payment, or transfer you make with someone else, such as PremiumDoms.io, Dynadot, Escrow.com, or another buyer or seller. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
